WE'RE HIRING!

We are currently on the lookout for two kitchen positions to help our current chefs deliver & prepare our scrumptious homemade fayre, and assist in the general operation of our kitchen.

 

We are recruiting the following positions:

 

1. KITCHEN PORTER/ASSISTANT

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Washing up dishes, clearing tables, taking food out to tables,

assisting chef with food preparation & baking, and

general cleaning duties

The successful candidate must be:

Hard-working, reliable and punctual, willing to work a minimum of 32 hours per week over weekdays and weekends, have their own transport due to remote location, and be flexible to cover staff holidays & public holidays

A stable work pattern (no evenings), a fun & friendly work environment, free staff lunch, 23 days paid holiday a year (on a 32 hour contract) & competitive rates of paY

 

2. KITCHEN HAND/COOK

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Assisting chefs with food service, assisting chefs with baking of cakes, quiches etc., taking charge of food service when chefs are on days off or annual leave, assisting chefs with food preparation,

kitchen Porter duties, & general cleaning duties

The successful candidate must be:

Hard-working, reliable and punctual, willing to work a minimum of 32 hours per week over weekdays and weekends, have an interest in cooking/baking, have experience in a fast-paced catering environment, have their own transport due to remote location, and

be flexible to cover staff holidays & public holidays
